Victoria

Victoria

Associate

Victoria began her communications career 17 years ago as a graduate trainee for WPP-owned Hill & Knowlton (now H&K Strategy) where she learnt her trade on big brands such as P&G (Ariel, Daz, Lenor, Bounce), Kellogg’s, Tesco, Crookes Healthcare, Knorr, American Express and Hewlett Packard. After seven years she joined Habitat (then owned by Ikano, a sister company to Ikea) to head up the UK PR department where she applied her strategic strengths and problem-solving ability to increasing brand awareness, doubling the PR output and setting in place a group-wide crisis management plan. This resulted in a promotion to the Habitat Group to set up the Corporate Responsibility department where she spent three years fine tuning her business acumen and honed her knowledge of retail and commerciality in a design-focused industry. Key successes included working with the buying and design teams and Greenpeace to phase out incandescent lightbulbs two years ahead of the mandatory government legislation and devising and rolling out a global responsibility policy to all suppliers.
Victoria was previously at MWW, heading up the operational side of the business, with key responsibilities for overseeing strategy, copywriting, recruitment, HR, team wellbeing and training.

ESTABLISHED

ESTABLISHED

About

Established is a team of highly experienced model agents. Having worked in some of the biggest model agencies, they’re individually well known and well connected within the industry. Together they have founded Established, a truly exciting new London agency with a fresh perspective on the management and development of individual talent.

The fashion industry is often trivialised as a cultural lightweight in the world of the arts and the media – fun, but not to be taken too seriously. Established seek to change this perception.  They see fashion, like many art forms, as a reflection of living history; a living expression of political mood, the economy, socio-cultural concerns, echoes of the past and speculation towards the future.

Vespr working with Established

We’re helping Established as they build their exciting, cool new brand. We’re also promoting Established Faces, including Lisa Butcher, Paul Sculfor and the Norris Twins.

Vespr work we are proud of

  • Established dinner parties
  • Lisa Butcher in Evening Standard and You Magazine
  • Paul Sculfor in Sunday Times Style magazine
